Instructions for Voting:-
- Voting will be done via Google Form(which will act as a ballot) which can be accessed via your Official College ID Only.
- Voting Google Form will automatically detect your official college google account login and automaically capture your Roll Number.
- You can fill the Voting Google Form only ONCE.
- You will be asked to enter your Name as per your CSI Membership ID Card.
- You will be asked to enter your CSI Membership ID (By any chance you forgot/have not yet received your CSI Membership ID your vote will be accepted by the Voting Google Form but, we will cross-check and consider your vote).
- You will have a total of 6 options to be selected in the Voting Google Form which will be distributed as follows:-
- Atmost 2 candidates from 2nd year nominations.
- Atmost 2 candidates from 3rd year nominations.
- Atmost 2 candidates from 4th year nominations.
- We will be cross-checking all the entries to verify CSI Member Votes only
- If you are NOT a member and if you try to vote then your entry will be void and you roll number will be forwarded for strict action to your concerened HOD.
- All sensitive data submitted by you through the Voting Google Form will be kept confidential
